Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do we have to buy a ticket to come in?
For our tribute acts, musicals, panto and events stated on our ticketsource page then yes you will have to purchase a ticket online. You can pay on the door however as we are a smaller venue we can only fit a certain amount of people in so we advise to book in advance.
-
Can I bring my children?
Ofcourse! We have plenty of family events at our theatre. Some events are strictly over 18s but that will be stated online.
-
If I don't want to sit and watch the show can I stand without buying a ticket?
We don’t have any standing space at Boulevard Showbar so unfortunately not. However, when the show allows there will be room for dancing!
-
Do you serve food?
Not yet! But don’t forget there are plenty of local restaurants that serve up such a tasty treat! Head to our visit us page to find out what’s available near us!
-
Is there a dress code?
Stick with a smart casual theme and you won’t go wrong really!
However, if you want to dress up in fancy dress for any of our theme nights you are more than welcome.
-
Do you have disabled access?
We have full disabled access and are more than happy to make any special arrangements. It is probably best to drop us an email and then we can organise everything for you.

How do I use my E-ticket?
All our tickets are now digital and will be sent to you via e-mail after you’ve placed your order.
Simply show your tickets on your mobile device to our friendly ushers on your way into the auditorium.
-
Do you accept 'Hynt' cards?
Unfortunately not, due to our small venue we do not accept Hynt cards at the moment but hopefully something we can get involved in for the future. If you get in touch via 01437 723493 our box office staff may be able to give you a discounted rate dependent on the production.

When should I arrive for a performance?
Try to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance to allow time to buy some drinks, programme etc... Our theatre bar opens 45mins before a performance starts and reopens during the interval.
We advise to get there early as four our unreserved seating events if you are late or close to being late at the entry of the theatre we cannot guarantee that your party will be sat together.
